We have worked for many months with North Warwickshire Borough Council, with Warwickshire County Council, with the Environment Agency and with our specialist advisors The Environment Partnership, in order to mitigate as far as possible the ecological impacts of the development.

This is reflected in the design of our hub building, our landscaping strategy for the site and in the choice of route for our access road.

We are further working with The Environment Bank to ensure that our biodiversity impacts are fully mitigated.
