Richard has spent the last 15 years in a variety of board level positions within the retail sector predominantly focused on supply chain and logistics. He has experience across a wide spectrum of companies from p/e backed ventures to large multinational corporates.

He was at Coca-Cola Enterprises for 10 years, finishing as Operations Director with accountability for manufacture and distribution across the UK. Thereafter, he went to Home Retail Group for 7 years serving on the boards of both Homebase and Argos as Supply Chain Director.

A period of interim management followed with strategic supply chain assignments at Brighthouse, Dreams and G4S. After 2 years at Euro Car Parts ltd ( ECP) and then 2 years on the board of the Terra Firma backed Wyevale Garden Centres business he rejoined ECP in January 2019 as Chief Supply Chain Officer.
